Hot and Sour Cabbage

Wash the cabbage and separate the cabbage gang and cabbage leaves.

Only use the cabbage gang to make this dish, and cut the cabbage gang into thin strips.

Cut the dried chili into silk, wash with water to remove the seeds, so that it is not easy to paste when fried in the oil pan. I used half of these shredded chili peppers, and made the rest for another dish.

Heat the pot, add the shredded chili peppers under cold oil, and fry them until fragrant.

Add green onion and ginger, turn to high heat, and sauté.

Pour the cabbage strips.

Stir fry until the cabbage strips are soft and add balsamic vinegar.

Continue to stir fry until the cabbage is flavorful, add salt, and stir well.

Add water and starch to thicken.

Gorgon juice comes out when bright.
