Hot and Sour Cabbage

After washing the cabbage, break it directly into large slices by hand, cut the fat and thin pieces of pork separately, and slice the garlic.

Tips:
1. The fat part is fragrant instead of using cooking oil, which is superb for stir-frying vegetarian dishes
2. Don't stir-fry the lean meat too much. If you fry for a long time, the taste will be old and it will burn out, so it won't taste good.
