Hot and Sour Cabbage Stem

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage stems (washed)

Put the cleaned cabbage stalks on the cutting board and cut into shreds.

Then, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Add 1 tablespoon of chili oil.

Season and mix well.
