Hot and Sour Chicken Feet

Prepare the required main ingredients.

Cut off the chicken feet and wash your nails.

Cut the chicken feet once and twice with kitchen scissors.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil the water to blanch the chicken feet, and wash the blanched chicken feet.

Put cold water in the pot and add chicken feet.

Add shallots and ginger.

After boiling, add the cooking wine and continue to cook for about 8 minutes.

Soak the cooked chicken feet in ice water.

Cut the washed coriander and millet into sections and put them in a bowl.

Put in light soy sauce.

Add fruit vinegar. (Add more light soy sauce and vinegar to taste better) Add light soy sauce and fruit vinegar to taste the sourness, see if it suits your taste, then add sugar and stir well with sesame oil.

Drain the chicken feet in the ice water, pour it into the adjusted bowl, and stir.

Put the lemon slices in, seal with plastic wrap, and chill for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator before it is ready to eat.
Tips:
Use more light soy sauce and vinegar to make it easier to taste. You can stir in the middle when refrigerating.
