Hot and Sour Chicken Shredded with Cold Sauce

Remove and let cool, set aside

The chicken breast was torn into strips by hand. The thickness is according to my taste, I like the fleshy, so I will tear it thicker, also to save trouble.

Tips:
I don't like to eat garlic at noon, so I didn't add garlic. If you like garlic, you can add garlic puree.
