Hot and Sour Crispy Pickled Radish

Prepare white radish, dried chili powder, salt, and a clean glass airtight jar without water;

Peel the white radish, wash and cut into strips;

Put the sliced radish sticks into the basket, and blow halfway in the ventilated place;

Blow the radish sticks and install them as shown in the picture, and install them on a large plate;

Chopped dried chili;

Salt, chili powder, add radish strips and mix well;

Put it into the glass jar and press it firmly; the glass jar must be water-free, oil-free and clean.

Seal it and let it stand for 10 days or longer.

This pickled side dish is very delicious with porridge, steamed buns and bread. When radishes are cheap, you can buy more and pickle them and eat them slowly.
Tips:
1. Don't cut the radish strips into large pieces, but cut into small pieces to make them dry;
2. Peppers can be increased or decreased according to their own;
