In the hot summer, the hot ones really have no appetite, so I made this appetizing side dish "sour and spicy loofah sticks" with loofah. If you want a strong sour taste, use aged vinegar; if you like to use rice vinegar or osmanthus vinegar, you can. Spicy oil is stocked at home, boiled with red pepper, sesame, and Chinese pepper. If not, you can use the chili oil that is usually prepared at home.

Hot and Sour Loofah Strips

1. Ingredients: Loofah

2. Wash and peel the loofah.

3. Cut into thick chopsticks.

4. Boil water in a pot, add the loofah sticks and blanch for 2 minutes.

5. Remove and drain.

6. Then put it on a plate for later use.

7. Mix with sour and hot sauce: add appropriate amount of salt, vinegar, and light soy sauce to the bowl.

8. Then add the right amount of spicy oil according to your own taste.

9. Stir it evenly and serve with spare loofah sticks.

10. Pour the juice in the bowl, mix well and serve.

Tips:

1. After the loofah is blanched, be sure to drain the water, otherwise it will affect the taste.
2. Must highlight the hot and sour taste. Of course, you can also make a bowl of juice according to your favorite taste.
