Hot and Sour Lotus Root

Dice lotus root. After washing off the starch, soak in water.

Lift the pot and drain the oil. Add the sausage and pepper and stir fry together.

Then add carrot slices and stir fry.

Drop into the lotus root. Add light soy sauce and salt. White vinegar. Sugar. Stir fry together.
5.
Stir fry all the time. do not stop.
6.
Then add kimchi. Continue to stir fry.
7.
Sprinkle chopped green onions at the end. Add white vinegar again and stir fry to get out of the pot.
