Hot and Sour Noodles

Soak the sweet potato vermicelli in cold water to soften.

Wash the garlic, finely chop, chopped green onion, put in a bowl, add salt, pepper, pepper powder, sesame oil, chili oil.

Add appropriate amount of vinegar. (I added white vinegar and balsamic vinegar)
4.
Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and stir well.
5.
Add water to a boil in a pot, add the sweet potato vermicelli and chicken feathers to a boil.
6.
Remove from the bowl and sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion.
Tips:
The length of time the sweet potato vermicelli is hot is adjusted according to the thickness of the sweet potato vermicelli.
