Hot and Sour Noodles

Put the bone broth to a boil, add the soaked sweet potato vermicelli;

After boiling, add mung bean sprouts and cook until the bean sprouts are broken, then you can remove the noodles and bean sprouts

Put the sweet potato vermicelli and bean sprouts in a bowl and scoop them into the bone broth;

Put an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and vinegar

Add the seasoned red oil, mix well and you can eat; the red oil I use comes from Chengdu, which is said to be a big brand, but it is quite spicy;
