Hot and Sour Noodles

1. Wash the spinach, green onions, and coriander first! (Reminder: There is more spinach sand, so wash more).

2. Cut the kimchi, wild pepper, green onion, ginger, garlic, and coriander.

3. Pour the cooking oil into the pot, the oil is cooked, add spicy seasoning and stir fry.

4. After frying the spicy seasoning, add the shallots, ginger, garlic, kimchi, and wild pepper.

5. After cooking, add water, vinegar, salt, pepper powder, light soy sauce and start cooking the soup.

6. The soup is boiled, add pea flour, and boil again.

7. After the pea flour is boiled, add spinach and continue cooking.

8. After cooking, add chopped green onion to start the pot.
