After the frying pan is heated, add pepper, aniseed, and chili to explode the aroma. Just turn on medium heat, be careful not to burn.
4.
After the aroma is released, add chopped green onions, two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of sugar, and a little salt.
5.
Put minced garlic in a bowl, pour in the boiling juice and let cool.
6.
Put the pickled cucumbers on the gauze and pinch the water to dry.
7.
Put the cucumbers in the cold sauce, marinate for 2 hours, and serve.
Tips:
1. The drier the cucumber is, the crispier the pickled cucumber.
2. Those who like heavy taste can marinate for more time.
3. If you don't like spicy food, you don't need to put chili, it is as delicious.
