Five years ago, I learned the hot and sour pickled radish recipe from a cold dish master who worked in a restaurant five years ago. The taste is crispy and appetizing.

Hot and Sour Pickled Radish

1. Sliced radish

2. Put 2 tablespoons of salt, marinate for 20 minutes, then pour out the water

3. Add millet spicy, ginger, garlic

4. A spoonful of sugar, a bowl of light soy sauce, 1/3 bowl of vinegar, half a bowl of cold boiled water

5. Can be eaten overnight in the refrigerator
