Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Peel and shred potatoes, wash twice with cold water and soak for a while.

Chop the millet with a knife and chop the ginger and garlic.

Warm oil in a pan, add a few peppers and stir fragrant.

Add ginger garlic and millet and stir fry until fragrant.

Add potato shreds and stir fry to keep on medium heat.
