Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Wash potatoes and peel them.

Shred potatoes and soak them in clean water to prevent potato shreds from turning black. Then drain the water and prepare for cooking.

Cut the pork into thin slices in advance and let salt marinate for 10 minutes.

After the oil is heated in the pan, add garlic and chili until fragrant, and then fry the pork first. The pork will turn white in color. Pour the potato shreds and continue to fry.

When the potato shreds are almost cooked, add an appropriate amount of white vinegar and stir fry for a while. Then out of the pot. Sprinkle chopped green onion and coriander on top.
