Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Prepare ingredients (I use green onions instead of green peppers at home).

Shred the potatoes as thinly as possible, and it is best to soak them in water after several times.
3.
Saute garlic and dried chilies in a frying pan.
4.
Add the potato shreds and stir fry for a while, add the soy sauce, chicken essence, and ribs flavor seasonings and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add vinegar, red pepper, and green onions before serving.
