Potato shreds are traditional home-cooked dishes, enduring for a long time, potato shreds are eternal, and the methods and tastes are endless. The spiciness of this "sour and hot potato shreds" comes from the fragrance and spiciness of red and green chili peppers. It is very different from the spicyness of dried peppers. Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: potatoes, red and green peppers, green onions and garlic

2. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices

3. Shred again

Tips:

1. Potato shreds can also be rubbed with a wiper.
2. For potato shreds to be crisp and tender, first soak and wash; second, add vinegar.
