Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Main and auxiliary ingredients: potatoes, red and green peppers, green onions and garlic

Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices

Shred again

After cutting all, soak in clean water for 20 minutes. Then rinse off and set aside
