Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Peel and wash potatoes for later use

Cut into slices of the same size

Tips:
The potato shreds should be finely chopped, soak in water to remove the starch, and it will be sour and crispy. The amount of oil is a little more than usual. It is delicious when fried. I like to eat crispy potato shreds for a shorter time.
