Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Prepare the ingredients, cut potatoes, peppers and carrots into shreds, smash the garlic (my potatoes and carrots are shredded)

Pour the oil into the pot and add the dried chilies while the oil is not hot. As the temperature of the oil rises, the chilies will gradually change color and the aroma will come out

After the dried chilies are fragrant, add the chili and carrot shreds and stir-fry evenly, about 30 seconds to one minute

After the chili shreds and carrot shreds are evenly stir-fried, pour shredded potatoes and stir-fry on high heat, then pour in appropriate amount of white vinegar

After adding white vinegar, stir-fry evenly, then add salt
6.
After the salt is added, add the minced garlic and stir-fry quickly on high heat. It will be out of the pot in about a minute.
Tips:
The potato shreds should be washed in cold water until the water is clear, so that the fried potato shreds will be crisp and delicious!
