Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Remove the outer skin of the potatoes, rub them into silk with the help of tools, and place them in clean water.

Wash it twice, soak it in water, and remove it when it's frying.

Prepare shallots, garlic and dried chilies

Heat the cooking oil in a wok, add a few peppers, fry them on a low heat to create a fragrance, add chopped green onion, garlic slices, and dried chili. Stir fry for a fragrance.

Add potato shreds, stir fry evenly and add balsamic vinegar.
6.
Add salt to taste.
7.
Add shredded green pepper before serving.

Serve on the table.
