Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Wash the potato shreds, peel them, and cut into thin potato shreds. Put an appropriate amount of water in the basin, put some salt and vinegar into the basin, soak the potato shreds in the basin for a few minutes, remove it and wash it twice with clean water, and drain the water for later use.
