Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Peel the potatoes and cut them into filaments, soak them in water for 5 minutes

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add potato shreds and blanch for about 1 minute, remove the cold water

Treat the green peppers and red peppers separately and set aside

Heat oil in a wok, add the peppercorns to fragrant, then pick up the peppercorns

Put in the red pepper and continue to saute

Then add potato shreds and green pepper shreds
7.
Stir fry quickly, add a little white vinegar and stir well

Add salt and sugar to taste

Add 5ml of white vinegar and stir well before cooking.

Tips:
Soak the cut potato shreds, wash off the starch and then fry it will make it crisper.
