Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Peel and wash potatoes.

Cut into shreds and wash out the starch with water.
3.
The millet is spicy, the chili pepper, and the garlic are finely chopped.

Heat oil in a pan and pour shredded potatoes.

Tips:
1. Wash off the starch, fry it faster and not stick to the pan. \n2. Don't fry for a long time after adding white vinegar. Potatoes that have been fried for a long time are soft and not crispy.
