Hot and Sour Radish Slices

Wash the white radish.

Peel the white radish.

Then use a plane to cut into thin slices.

The thinner the better, it's easy to taste.

Put the planed radishes in a container, put a little salt and knead until soft, and rinse again.

Add pickled peppers, red peppers, sugar, and vinegar.

Add appropriate amount of pickled pepper water and knead well.
8.
Knead evenly and eat after a few minutes. It can be sealed and stored in the refrigerator.
Tips:
The hotness and sourness can be adjusted as you like. I like to add vinegar to a bit sour, and add chili for a bit spicy.
