Hot and Sour Sweet Potato Vermicelli with Minced Meat

1. Soak the Chinese cabbage for a while and wash

2. Drain the water and cut into small pieces

Tips:

If you like to eat more sour and spicy, you can increase the weight of kimchi and chili. The minced meat is marinated for a while and then sautéed for a more fragrant taste. Vermicelli is more water-absorbing, so you need to add foot soup or water all at once.
