Hot and Sour Tofu

Prepare ingredients: tofu, minced meat, garlic cloves, northeastern sauerkraut.

Dice tofu, rinse and chop sauerkraut, peel and pat the garlic cloves.

Boil an appropriate amount of water, and blanch the tofu cubes for about 2 minutes. (This step removes the odor of tofu and makes the tofu firmer and not fragile)

Heat the wok, stir-fry the pork belly until the oil is browned.

Add garlic and sauté.

Pour the sauerkraut and stir fry for a while.

Add a little water.

Pour in tofu, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer for about 6 minutes.

Add oyster sauce.

Add salt.

Add soy sauce.

Add chicken noodles, a little sesame oil, and stir fry for a while.

Sprinkle with chili diced and shovel up.
Tips:
The tofu can be blanched and boiled to remove the beany flavor, and it can remain intact and not fragile when cooked, and the taste is firmer. Stir-fry pork belly before adding other ingredients.
