Hot and Sour White Radish Shreds

Wash half of white radish, peel and shred, and appropriate amount of coriander.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded white radish and stir fry.
3.
Stir-fry slightly soft, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of Lee Kum Kee garlic chili sauce and a small amount of water, and bring to a boil.
4.
Add another spoonful of white vinegar and cook for a good taste.
5.
Add coriander at the end.
