Beef slices, marinate with black pepper powder, cumin powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, and salt for 20 minutes

Pickled peppers bought in the supermarket or bulk pickled peppers in the market are fine (canned ones are more hygienic)

Beef wraps pickled peppers and wears them with toothpicks
4.
Fry in the pot and fry on medium heat for about 3 minutes (forgot to take pictures when you fry)
