Hot Dog Burger
1.
First add water, egg liquid, sugar, salt, milk powder, sunflower oil to the inner container of the bread machine
2.
Then add high powder and dry yeast, start the kneading program for 20 minutes
3.
After checking the thick film 20 minutes later, start the fermentation program (the first 20 minutes of my bread machine is the kneading process, and the next 1 hour and 10 minutes is the fermentation process)
4.
After checking for 20 minutes, the film will ferment to double the size.
5.
6.
Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly, divide it into 8 to 5 small doughs according to the total weight, knead the dough and let it stand for 15 minutes.
7.
Take one and roll it out and make it into a rectangle
8.
Roll from top to bottom into a strip about 1 inch wide, and make several other doughs in turn
9.
Put the shaped dough into the mold (not the non-stick mold should be oiled to prevent sticking)
10.
Put in the oven, put a bowl of water in the oven, and ferment for 40 minutes
11.
Take out the fermented dough, brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid, and preheat the oven at 190 degrees
12.
Put it in the oven, middle level, turn 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes
13.
After baking, it can be demoulded, otherwise the bottom of the bread will be covered with moisture in the mold. When it is not hot to your hands, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and store at room temperature, or it can be sealed and frozen. It can be combined with various ingredients to make burgers such as hot dogs or submarine burgers.
Tips:
1: The temperature of the oven is for reference only.
2: The mold can use various molds, if there is no mold, you can directly reshape it and put it on the bakeware.
