Hot Noodle Omelette

1. Add boiling water to the flour and blanch it until there is no dry flour.

2. Let it cool and add cooked oil. The soybean oil I use is darker in color.

3. Knead the dough until it is smooth, because it's hot dough, it doesn't matter if the dough is a little harder, it's as soft as you eat. Make noodles for half an hour.

4. Divide the noodles into five portions, knead them round one by one, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for a few minutes.

5. Beat 2 eggs, add chopped green onion, salt, and stir well.

6. Roll out the dough as thin as possible.

7. Heat the pan, brush some oil, and put in the pancakes.

8. Pour in some egg wash.

9. Brush evenly to spread the dough.

10. Turn it over when the egg mixture is about to set.

11. This is the appearance of the side with the egg mixture, just fry the bottom side again.

12. Take out the baked cakes and stack them together to make the cakes softer.

13. The finished product is soft and delicious.

14. Nutrition is also good, easy to make, and a good choice for breakfast.
