Hot Noodle Scallion Pancake

Put the flour into the basin, pour boiling water, and stir it into a flocculent dough while pouring. Don't pour too much boiling water, you can leave some dry noodles.

Add a little cold water and make a dough. Pour a little oil on your hands and knead into the dough, one is to prevent sticking and the other is to shorten the dough.

Divide the dough into suitable sizes. Spread the dough on the chopping board and roll the dough into a thin sheet, the thinner the better. Brush with oil and salt, then sprinkle with appropriate amount of dry flour and chopped green onion.
