Hot Pot Chicken

Soak the dried abalone mushrooms in advance, and wash the soybean sprouts

Cut chicken wings into cold water and blanch them in a pot

Skim off the foam when it is present, and wash it with hot water after removing it to completely remove the blood foam

Put a small amount of oil in the pan and fry the garlic

Add the blanched chicken nuggets and stir fry

Tighten the surface of the chicken nuggets, add roast chicken seasoning when the color is slightly yellow

Stir fry evenly

Put the bean sprouts, abalone mushrooms, and carrots in a casserole, and pour the fried chicken pieces

Add 1 bowl of water, the amount of water should be half of the height of the pot, not too much water, otherwise it will easily overflow when boiling

When the pot is boiling, add baby cabbage, and when the salt taste is insufficient, add appropriate amount of salt, cover, and cook slowly.

Continue to cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Tips:
For chicken, I only use chicken wings, because my children don’t like chicken, so it’s better to use whole chicken.
