Hot pot rice noodles is Chongqing hot pot rice noodles. It is made by adding traditional Chongqing hot pot soup to rice noodles with traditional snacks and paired with classic Chongqing hot pot side dishes, such as: fresh hairy belly, tofu skin, luncheon meat, fungus, bean sprouts, square bamboo shoots, etc.

Hot Pot Rice Noodles

1. List of ingredients, meal for two.

2. Pour 1 to 1.5 liters of hot water into the pot, add 100 grams of base material, 4 green onions, 3 slices of ginger, 4 spoons of salt, 4 spoons of chicken essence, 1 spoon of white pepper, 1 spoon of about 1.5 grams; boil 5 Minutes until the soup is rosy.

3. Pour in the rice noodles and all the side dishes. It is recommended that the rice noodles should not be soaked. Dry noodles are more delicious when cooked.

4. Bring to a boil on medium heat and cook until cooked through, about 3 minutes.

5. Use chopsticks or a slotted spoon to pick out the food to a large bowl, pour the hot juice from the pot into the bowl, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.

6. Ready to eat.
