Hot Spring Egg
1.
Be sure to choose very fresh eggs, because they need to imitate hot springs and cannot be completely cooked, and various bacteria in eggs that have been left for a long time cannot be killed
2.
After the water is boiled, the temperature is cooled to 70-80 degrees. Put the cleaned eggs into the water. It is better to submerge the eggs. It is best to keep the water temperature at about 70-75 degrees. Take it out after 25 minutes and cool it in cold water.
3.
Break the egg shell gently, being careful not to apply too much force, otherwise it will damage the yolk and egg whites inside.
4.
Open the egg and pour it into the container
5.
Soy sauce and mineral water are generally prepared at 1:1
6.
Pour the sauce into the peeled hot spring egg
7.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and roasted seaweed strips and serve
Tips:
You can use small electrical appliances with heat preservation effect, or add hot water to keep the water temperature.
