Houttuynia Stewed Chicken Soup

Wash the chicken and chop it into small pieces

Wash the houttuynia cordata weed and cut into two pieces

Cut green onion into sections, mince ginger
4.
Add clean water to the deep soup pot and bring to a boil, add the chicken and blanch it to remove the blood, then pick up and rinse
5.
Add chicken and houttuynia cordata (cold water into the pot) and appropriate amount of water
6.
Bring to a boil on high heat, cover and turn to low heat for about 1.5 hours, wait until the soup looks thick, add some salt to taste at the end
Tips:
The chicken has to be blanched first.
