Houttuynia Tofu Soup

Wash the fresh houttuynia cordata, drain and set aside.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and cut them slightly smaller to make the soup more delicious.

Cut the houttuynia cordata into pieces about the size of tofu cubes.

Put a little oil in the pot, pour the shredded houttuynia cordata into the pot, stir fry a few times, until the leaves slightly change color.

Pour two bowls of water and bring to a boil.

After the water is boiled, pour the tofu cubes into the pot and cook together.

Boil the pan again and cook for another minute. Season with salt.
8.
Sprinkle the chopped green onion and it will be out of the pot.
Tips:
1. This soup is light to relieve heat, and is more suitable for summer. The oil must be used less so that the soup can be refreshing and not greasy.
2. Don't fry houttuynia for a long time, it can be out of the pot when it becomes slightly soft.
3. Choose soft tofu to make the soup taste better.
