Chopped Pepper and Houttuynia Cordata

Prepare all the ingredients. Houttuynia removes old roots and breaks small segments.

Wash the houttuynia cordata with boiling water and drain the water

Mince garlic, shred green onion and put in a pot

Add a little oil to the wok and fry the peppercorns over low heat. Remove the peppercorns

Add chopped pepper and stir fry until fragrant and turn off the heat

Put the fried chopped pepper in a basin, add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and sesame oil.

Tips:
Houttuynia need to remove the old stems to taste better. The mixed houttuynia cordata can be marinated for a while to make it more delicious.
