How to Make Authentic Sichuan Mapo Tofu "spicy" Meat Chef

1. Ingredients: tofu 300g, peanut oil 75g, tempeh 20 pieces of beef 100g, 2 garlic sprouts, 15g soy sauce, 20g prickly ash powder 1.5g, 5g salt, 5g sugar, 15g ginger.

2. First process the ingredients: mince beef, ginger, tempeh, and bean paste. Cut the garlic sprouts into small pieces for later use.

3. Then cut the tofu into 2cm cubes.

4. Add some salt to the boiling water pot, then add the tofu, blanch it, and drain the water for later use.

5. In another clean pot, turn on the fire, add peanut oil and cook, then pour the beef and stir fry.

6. Stir-fry the meat until it is dry and fragrant, add the tempeh and bean paste and continue to fry.

9. Add boiling water or stock after sautéing.
