How to Make Cheese Buns

Cut the steamed buns into grids.

Dice the ham.
3.
Mince the shallots.
4.
Stuff the mozzarella cheese in the gap between the steamed buns.

Then stuff the diced ham.
6.
Brush the surface of the steamed bun with egg wash.
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and put it in the oven. The oven is heated to 210°C and lower to 180°C.

Just roast the surface to be browned!
