How to Make Chicken Chops
1.
Wash the chicken breasts, lay them in half, and then cut each piece into thin slices (not too thin, just divide it in two. That is, 4 pieces of chicken breasts)
2.
Use a meat hammer to loosen the chicken.
3.
Prepare the seasoning for marinating the chicken.
4.
Tear the green onions, add the seasoning, and marinate the chicken. One hour.
5.
Prepare bread crumbs, starch, and eggs
6.
The marinated chicken is first coated with a layer of starch.
7.
Next, dip in egg liquid.
8.
Put the bread crumbs on the plate, soak one side and the other side
9.
After the reverse side, beat the bread crumbs evenly and press the porcelain firmly.
10.
Just look like it. Make them one by one.
11.
Put the finished chicken fillets in a plastic wrap compartment, put them in the refrigerator, and take them as you eat.
12.
When eating, use an electric baking pan, add a little bit of oil, close the lid, turn it over, and leave it for 4 minutes.
13.
Use homemade hamburger dough to sandwich the freshly fried chicken chops. It's really delicious.
Tips:
The chicken must be loosened with a loose meat hammer, so that the taste will be very tender.
