Tips:
1. The height of the dough at the end of the second round is ideal (if it is less than five minutes of the barrel height, you can use the "pause button" to extend the fermentation, and press it once to extend 15 minutes)
2. After the second serving is over, brush the surface with whole egg liquid, and the surface of the baked bread will be brighter
3. Put the yeast at the end, dig a small hole in the middle of the powder to place it, don’t mix it with salt and sugar and put it together
4. Use high-gluten flour for flour, and instant yeast powder for yeast
5. I use a PE8500W bread machine. When you use other bread machines, please pay attention to proper adjustments.
