How to Wash Pig Lungs/heart Lungs

The pig lung just bought it and it is disgusting, so disgusting that I can't bear to take pictures with my phone. Let's use a clean picture!

1. Just get the pig lung, cut open the lung tube in no hurry, fill the lung tube with water, and forcefully squeeze out the dirty water from the bottom to the top after the entire pig lung is swollen;
2. After squeezing out the water for several times, cut the lung tube and flush it against the water;
3. Constantly squeeze the lungs of pigs in the basin, the water is very turbid;
4. Until the water for washing pig lungs is relatively clean, cut into large pieces, boil for a while, then remove them, and fill the basin with cold water;
5. Repeat steps 2-3 again until the lungs are cooked!
