Hu's Braised Lamb Chop

Soak the lamb chops in a basin to remove the blood.

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and remove the root of the garlic.

Prepare about ten single crystal rock sugar, dried chilies according to personal taste and break in half.

Tips:
The amount of boiling water should be larger, because the burning time is longer, otherwise it is easy to be unripe.
