Huakai Fugui Shrimp

Wash the shrimp.

Soak vermicelli in hot water.

For the prawns, remove the prawn gun, prawn feet, and prawn shells, pick out the shrimp string from the back, and gently tap the shrimp tendons with the back of a knife.

The soaked vermicelli is too cold.

Tips:
