Huayang Marinated Egg

Wash and cook the eggs.

Boil the egg and peel off the shell.

The vegetable leaves are attached to the eggs.

Wrap the eggs tightly with gauze and tie them tight.

Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, cumin, salt, sugar and millet pepper in a pot to boil.

Add the wrapped eggs. Boil on low heat for 10 minutes, soak for 20 minutes, then cook for 10 minutes, soak for 20 minutes.
