Claypot rice, I like it very much. I've always wanted to try it out, and for various reasons I put it aside until now. Claypot rice is simple and convenient. Although the portion is small, it can be eaten with meat, and the rice also has a meaty aroma, which can really increase the appetite. Therefore, the fathers and villagers in Guangdong like to eat claypot rice, and they like the special rice fragrance brought out by claypot. This time I tried the Cantonese style sausage claypot rice with the most Cantonese characteristics. It was very successful. Xiaozhe had a big bowl last night. Invited to participate in the trial of LOCK's non-scorching pot GOLDSUN zen binaural pot, the pot made of new materials, the first debut, and the effect of using it to make clay pot rice is good.

Tips:

To make claypot rice, the rice must be soaked first, soak the core thoroughly, so that it can be cooked quickly without the phenomenon of rawness and paste. The ratio of rice to water is about 1:1.5. The water absorption of each type of rice is different, and the amount of water should be adjusted according to the nature of the different rice. If you are not sure about the food, you can put in less water first, and when you find that it is not enough, pour a small amount of hot water into the pot.

When the rice is cooked, turn the heat to a low heat immediately when it is boiled, so as to avoid overflowing and mashing. If you like the feeling of a little burnt at the bottom of the pot, you can feel more stuffy for a while and keep the fire low throughout the process.

Don't open the lid immediately after turning off the heat, continue to simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on, so that the aroma can be stuffed into the rice.

If you find that the rice is getting cooked, don't worry, pour some water into the rice evenly, and let the heat become so stuffy that the rice will soak up the water. If it is still raw, add a little more, repeat it several times, and the rice will be cooked through.

Cantonese-style sausages are used for the sausage, which tastes authentic.

If you use a small casserole, turn the pot frequently when cooking the rice, so that the rice in the pot is evenly heated so that it won't get burnt.
