Cantonese Style Sausage Braised Rice

Sausage slices, a small amount of corn kernels, green beans without corn kernels, anything is fine. I also used corn kernels to match

Wash the rice several times

Put a little oil in the pot, add sausage corn kernels and stir fry

Soy sauce, salt, chicken essence

Pour the fried sausages on top of the washed rice

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 40 minutes.

After steaming, mix well and serve
8.
Sprinkle some chopped green onion to decorate, fry a poached egg by the way, and smell the fragrance
Tips:
Sausages don’t need to be cooked deliberately, they will be cooked when braised and steamed later
