I Can’t Stop A Bite, It’s So Delicious that I Lick My Fingers
1.
The materials are prepared and the chicken wings are cleaned. Rub the skin of the lemon with salt.
2.
Make 2 strips on the front and back of the chicken wings, and dry the surface with a kitchen paper towel.
3.
Put it in a clean bowl, add scallions, ginger slices, honey, cooking wine, vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and half of rosemary.
4.
Grind an appropriate amount of black pepper. Wear gloves and marinate for more than 2 hours. (It is recommended to put it in a sealed bag and refrigerate overnight for more delicious taste)
5.
Slice the lemon and remove the seeds.
6.
Preheat the oven up and down 210 degrees. Put tin foil on the gold plate and put it on the grill. Brush the grill with a thin layer of corn oil, and then arrange the chicken wings neatly so that the skin of the chicken wings will not be stuck.
7.
Put it in the lower part of the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 210 degrees for 30 minutes.
8.
Bake for 15 minutes, pause and take out, turn over, brush with a layer of honey water (2 scoops of honey, 1 scoop of water, and mix thoroughly). Continue to put it back to bake.
9.
After roasting, take it out, put it on a plate, grind an appropriate amount of black pepper, sprinkle a handful of white sesame seeds, and garnish with 2 rosemary!
The delicious finger-licking lemon-flavored black pepper grilled wings is complete! Very tasty, with a light lemon scent, mixed with black pepper flavor, not greasy at all!
Tips:
Note: 1. It is best to use a baking tray and a grill, the oil of the chicken wings will drip out. The finished product will not be oily.
2. For reference when roasting mildly.
3. If the chicken wings are not cut apart, they can be pierced and marinated as much as possible overnight for a more delicious taste.
4. Lemon must be seeded, otherwise it will taste bitter.
