I Love this Scent~ Sophora Japonica Egg Dumplings
1.
Sophora japonica is cleaned.
2.
Blanch, remove, let cool, squeeze out the water, don’t squeeze too dry.
3.
Beat the eggs, add a small amount of salt, fry them and let cool.
4.
Chop the Sophora japonica a little bit, put a little green onion, and pour some hot oil. Stir-fry the eggs and chop them, mix them together, adjust some salt and sesame oil, and that's it.
5.
After the noodles are reconciled, you will divide the ingredients, roll out the dumpling wrappers, and make dumplings.
6.
Wrapped dumplings.
7.
Cook in a pot.
8.
The rubber band filling is fragrant and super delicious.
Tips:
1. If you like the strong flavor, you can put a little five-spice powder on the chopped green onion when pouring the oil.
2. My dumpling dipping sauce: spicy oil + salt + a little light soy sauce + rice vinegar. If the vinegar is too sour, you can add some cool boiled water.
