I Make Liangpi for The Whole Family

Wash, wash the gluten. Pour a small amount of water, start rubbing it with your hands, wash the white water, and then pour it into another basin; add fresh water to wash, repeat four or five times until the water becomes clear; steam the gluten for a few minutes.

Put it, put the washed gluten water in the refrigerator for more than three hours.

Steam, scoop out an appropriate amount of starch paste and pour it into a disc. Put it in a steamer and steam for about 5 minutes.

Take out the cold, steamed noodles and put them in a basin of cold water to cool down.
